Terms and Conditions

1.       Make sure all consignee information (address, zip code, telephone, etc) are filling up correctly.

2.       After the parcel is sent, please keep alert for phone notification. It will arrive to destination within 4-5 working days after delivery. During this period, you can check the delivery status through the international tracking number which is provided by our company. You may also contact the local express company with the tracking number.

3.       Please scale the weight and take a photo of your parcel before open. If the weight is different from the waybill, dispatcher or driver’s signature is required to testify. On the spot, please check the appearance of parcel and quantity of the goods. If the goods are not in good condition or not match to your order, you should reject or indicate the name and quantity of the missing item. Require dispatcher to sign for testimony, and contact us within 24 hours. Send feedback with photos and the description of the relevant situation to us and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

  

  Checklist of claims requirements:  

1.       A scanned copy of the waybill (the photo taken by customer or provided by       warehouse)  

2.       Proof of transaction of goods.

3.       Delivery notification of China logistic (such as Taobao's delivery notification)  

4.       Evidence to proof of inaccurate quantity  

5.       List of goods and invoices (provided by warehouse) when shipment 

6.       Letter of claim (word documents) 

7.       The receipt of the goods (the photo and weight of parcel before open)

  

  According to logistics regulations, once the parcel signed for received, our company is unable to recover the loss for you. Therefore recipient must check carefully before sign received for avoid unnecessary losses.
